Anne Fulton, Managing Director, is an Occupational Psychologist who has specialised in Talent Analysis for recruitment and career management. She has coached individuals and organisations in various roles since 1984, working for the Vocational Guidance Service, Lampen, KPMG, TMP and Air New Zealand during this time, as well as maintaining a portfolio of private career coaching clients.

Anne's goal is to inspire, excite and assist people to create truly successful lives through expert talent analysis, tactical career planning and encouraging small steps towards great outcomes.
